Marketing sollten auch die sogenannten &#8222;Nebenschaupl\u00e4tze&#8220; des <a href=\"https:\/\/nabenhauer-consulting.com\/webinar-virtuelle-verkaufsmethode\/\">Marketings<\/a> einmal genauer unter die Lupe genommen werden &#8211; bei genauerer Betrachtung offenbart sich hier verborgenes Potential, wenn es gilt, die eigenen Unternehmensposition auszubauen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In der Politik wird es schon lange praktiziert, in der <a href=\"https:\/\/nabenhauer-consulting.com\/webinar-virtuelle-verkaufsmethode\/\">Wirtschaft<\/a> gilt sie als eher kompliziert und nicht marktdeckend &#8211; die Rede ist von der Produktumfrage. Abseits von entwickleten Messinstrumenten wie etwa der Balanced Scorecard, bietet die digitale Welt umfangreiche M\u00f6glichkeiten, das Potential dieser Marktanalyseinstrumente neu zu entdecken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine M\u00f6glichkeit w\u00e4re beispielsweise die Online Umfrage nach Erhalt eines Produkts: Viele Firmen nutzen hier methodisch bereits Ans\u00e4tze: &#8222;Amazon&#8220; beispielsweise nutzt die M\u00f6glichkeit des Feedbacks nicht nur als Reinformation zur Produktverbesserung, sondern legt den Fokus auf <a href=\"https:\/\/nabenhauer-consulting.com\/blog\/2021\/10\/online-marketing-mit-nabenhauer\/\">Marketing<\/a> durch eben jenes Feedback: Die R\u00fcckinformation wird somit auch bis zu einen gewissen Grad zum Werbefaktor, der \u00e4u\u00dferst preisg\u00fcnstig zu halten ist : Die Server m\u00fcssen im Grunde nur gewartet und die Texte mit wenig Aufwand moderiert werden. Der blog\u00e4hnliche Charakter vieler Rezensionen von Kunden hat somit nicht unwesentlich zu Erfolg dieser Plattform beigetragen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei ebay ist die R\u00fcckfrage ebenso, wenn auch im Detail anders, in das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell integriert: Ein fundamentaler Schwachpunkt der Seite, n\u00e4mlich die Vertrauensw\u00fcrdigkeit unbekannter Anbieter, wird somit weitgehend ausgehebelt: Feedback erm\u00f6glichen somit eine Einsch\u00e4tzung von Kunden und Anbietern, was f\u00fcr die vermittelnde Plattform als &#8222;Existenzgrundlage&#8220; dient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese beiden Modelle zeigen, dass eine R\u00fcckmeldeschleife direkt in das <a href=\"https:\/\/nabenhauer-consulting.com\/webinar-virtuelle-verkaufsmethode\/\">Marketing<\/a>&#8211; bzw. Vertriebsmodell integriert werden k\u00f6nnen. Hier ist eben <a href=\"https:\/\/nabenhauer-consulting.com\/blog\/2016\/12\/7-dinge-die-deiner-kreativitaet-schaden\/\">Kreativit\u00e4t<\/a> gefragt. Potential kann aber von weniger etablierten Unternehmen ebenfalls gen\u00fctzt werden. Ziel sollte es sein, die Community im Netz in die Feedbackschleife einzubinden und eine aktuelle Diskussion \u00fcber die Produkte zu erm\u00f6glichen.
