Dieser umfasst verschiedene Kontaktpunkte mit dem Produkt und mit dem Unternehmen, und kann sowohl Online- als auch Offline-Aktivit\u00e4ten enthalten. Der Kunde durchl\u00e4uft mehrere Phasen des Kaufentscheidungsprozesses, die idealerweise mit passenden Marketingma\u00dfnahmen begleitet werden sollten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was ist eine Customer Journey Analyse?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr das Marketing ist es von besonderer Bedeutung, die Kontaktpunkte des Kunden mit dem Produkt bzw. mit dem Unternehmen zu analysieren und zu optimieren. Bei der Customer Journey Analyse wird der Weg des Kunden bis zur Kaufentscheidung beobachtet und analysiert, um herauszufinden, welche Werbemittel schlie\u00dflich zur Kaufentscheidung f\u00fchren. Mit diesem Wissen k\u00f6nnen Unternehmen ihre Marketingma\u00dfnahmen optimieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dabei variiert die Vorgehensweise je nach Softwareanbieter. Es existieren keine allgemeinen Standards, wie die Analyse ablaufen soll.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stufen der Customer Journey<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Konsumenten werden geweckt. Dies kann sowohl \u00fcber Online- als auch \u00fcber Offlinekan\u00e4le geschehen. Besonders bei der Kommunikation mit Freunden und Bekannten \u2013 ob real oder \u00fcber soziale Netzwerke \u2013 kommen solche Bed\u00fcrfnisse zutage. Das Verhalten des Konsumenten in diesem Stadium ist eher passiv.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Konsument hat Interesse an einem Produkt und informiert sich aktiv dar\u00fcber, z.
