Und dann sind sie auch erfolgreich.<\/p>\n<p>Und doch stehen viele Unternehmen erst am Anfang. Dabei geht es hier wirklich um die Zukunft. Social Media, XING und Facebook \u00e4ndern die Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle. Die heutigen Kommunikationsm\u00f6glichkeiten mit bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden erfordern neue Denkmodelle<\/p>\n<p>Dabei ist es wichtig, die KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) im richtigen Zusammenhang \u2013 Benchmarking \u2013 zu analysieren. Um den Erfolg einer Facebook Kampagne zu messen ist es wichtig, den Markt zu beobachten und die weiteren Marktteilnehmer zu kennen. Fast noch wichtiger ist es das Involvement zu messen. Wie viele \u201cTeiler\u201d, \u201cLiker\u201d und \u201cKommentierer\u201d tummeln sich auf meiner Seite? Viele Fans, doch wenige sind beteiligt\u2026dann sollte ich m\u00f6glichst schnell den Content (Inhalt) meiner Seite pr\u00fcfen. Der Stoff aus dem die Tr\u00e4ume sind, was interessiert meine Kunden?<\/p>\n<p>Nur zielgerichteter, hochwertiger Inhalt, mit einem Mehrwert f\u00fcr meine Zielgruppe f\u00fchrt zu Identifikation und Interaktion. Durch eine korrekte Analyse meiner Facebook Kampagne entwickeln sich automatisch zielgruppengerechte Folgekampagnen f\u00fcr alle Medien.
